How the city vote works

One changeable vote per signed-in owner, not per citizen. This is an in-city ballot. The winning scheduled event starts after midnight UTC; ties follow the displayed order. With no votes, the city gets a quiet day. The event lasts up to 24 real minutes.

These are simulation events. Services may fall to 60% or lower. A challenge is skipped if services are already below 70%, reserves cannot cover its allocation target, Jev is unconfigured, or the start is more than two hours late. The vote chooses the event, never Jev’s response. Every mayor allocation during the event counts toward its target; there are no cash prizes.
